The new FCS Essential Series Leash delivers unparalleled comfort and strength.

Utilising some of the same revolutionary technology and features that made our Freedom Leash so popular, the Essentials Leash is our strongest and most comfortable leash to date, the perfect everyday leash for a variety of conditions.
INCREASED STRENGTH
The new Essential Leash has a 15% higher break strength compared to its predecessor, updated with super-strong moulded velcro, making sure that you’ll always stay connected to your board.
MORE COMFORT
A new moulded horn base contours to the shape of your ankle, the silicone grip lining keeps the plush neoprene cuff in place, both offer more comfort when the leash is under load.
BETTER DESIGN
We’ve used precision laser cutting on the cuff and rail-saver as well as integrating an inverted Hypalon pull tab on the cuff allowing you to find and release the leash quickly when you need to.
LESS TANGLING
Elongated horn and over-mould create more standoff from the ankle. Less interaction with the cord means less tangling overall.
“It’s minimal enough but still feels strong, and has the right amount of comfort and functionality so you can surf the way you want” – Julian Wilson
