COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS - Mason Ho Giveaway

Steps to enter FCS Mason Ho Giveaway are as follows:

1. You must enter your email address, full name, and country of residence as well as surfing capabilities and fin preference.

Terms & Conditions:

1. FCScompetition starts at 12:00 AM on Thursday 16 of Jan, 2025 and ends Friday, 7th February, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
2. The competition is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
3. Prize Conditions:
• There will be three winners picked for the main prize of a Mason Ho shirt, and fins. One per region - Australia, United States and Europe. Value - $250 RRP. 
  
• Each prize must be taken as stated, there will be no cash alternatives.
4. The winners will be determined by a random draw which will be conducted on Monday 10th January 2025. The winners will be notified via email at the email address provided in the contest entry. Once contacted, the winners must provide necessary information within 14 days or another winner will be chosen.
   
5. FCS has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Additionally, FCS are not liable for any mistakes, errors, or incorrect steps taken by participants. Only valid email addresses will be accepted and FCS reserve the right to determine qualifying participants.
6. FCS is not liable for any technical glitches on the participants' end occurring during any part of the competition.
7. Neither FCS employees, family nor agents of FCS are eligible for this competition.
8. Promoters of this competition are FCS.
