How much is delivery?

France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Belgium.

FREE DELIVERY applies for orders over 80,00 € (excludes Board Covers)

For orders under 80,00 € a shipping fee of 10,00 € will apply.

For all Board Covers (excluding Stretch Covers) a 12,00 € shipping fee will apply.

Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Greece, Austria, Poland.

For all Fins, Leashes, Traction & Accessories a shipping fee of 10,00 € will apply.

For all Board Covers (excluding Stretch Covers) a 12,00 € shipping fee will apply. 

Please note we cannot ship Board Covers to Croatia, Greece and Cyprus.

Who delivers our product?

All FCS deliveries are made by DPD or DHL and a signature is required upon delivery.

Does someone need to be there when my order is delivered?

Orders will not be left at an unattended address. If no one is available to sign for your order a card will be left and the order will be re-directed to the nearest depot. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel.

If you are not home during the day we recommend using a work address. When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.

How do i track my order?

Once yourIorder is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking ID and a link to track its progress.

How long is the delivery time?

In most cases order received before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow 5-7 days business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation. Whilst we will endeavor to have your product delivered earlier, however please allow 5-7 days to be sure.

Purchases from the FCS Europe website can not be shipped to locations outside of Europe.
